The basic terms governing Geeta Agency services.
1. Services
Geeta Agency provides digital services according to the scope agreed with the client in writing. Deliverables, timelines and revision limits are based on the agreed scope.
2. Payments
Payment terms, project milestones and applicable taxes will be communicated before work begins. Work may commence after the required advance or payment is received.
3. Revisions and scope
Included revisions apply only to the stated package. New pages, concepts, assets or material scope changes may require a separate quote.
4. Refund policy
To be finalized by agency. Until a final refund policy is published, refund eligibility will depend on the written agreement for the specific project.
5. Third-party services
Hosting, domains, advertising platforms, stock assets and other third-party services may have their own fees and terms. Clients are responsible for charges outside Geeta Agency's agreed scope.
6. Communication
Geeta Agency currently operates via email only. Written approvals and instructions are used to keep project decisions documented.
