Return eligibility

Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery for an unused product in its original condition and packaging. Some hygiene-sensitive or damaged items may not be eligible unless they arrived defective.

How to request a return

Email hello@geetaagency.com with your order ID, the email used at checkout and a short explanation. We will review the request and share next steps.

Damaged or defective products

Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and details. Do not discard the product or packaging until we respond.

Refunds and shipping

Approved refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and inspected. The original payment method and applicable payment timelines determine when funds appear. Return shipping responsibility is confirmed case by case.
